By signing up to this package you accept you are entering into a 12 month contract for £60.00 a month. This package includes a one off booking fee of £15.00 to process your subscription package and sign you up to this service. 

Your first months payment will be taken as soon as you sign up to this subscription and your monthly direct debit will continue on or around the same date.

With this package you can book in for any treatment and use as much of your annual allowance as you like to help you spread the costs.

Any remaining treatment balance will be payable on the day of treatment.
 
MISSED PAYMENTS....
If one monthly payment is missed we hold the right to withdraw the subscription and should there be any outstanding cost for treatments already received will be invoiced to you for the full outstanding amount.

Your personal data is secure, in line with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), but you agree that in any circumstances where the contract is breeched, your personal details will be passed on to relevant services needed to collect any outstanding payments.

We reserve the right to withdraw the subscription contract if at any time we feel it is being violated or misused. 

If at any time during the duration of this subscription you change your bank card please ensure you update us as soon as possible to prevent cancellation of your subscription package.

Your package will include aftercare, but any additional treatments needed after the two week review will come at an additional cost and are not included in the package.

Please note - annual allowances can not be carried over in to a new year. Your annual allowance will begin from the date you subscribed and if allowance is not used within the contracted time frame (12 months) you will be unable to transfer it. So please select the package best suited to you.

 

- Packages can be upgraded but this will incur a one off set up fee each time you upgrade.

- Packages can not be downgraded once purchased and subscribed.

- Packages are non refundable.
